Livia Fontana's Roero Arneis is a fresh and fragrant wine, made from Arneis grapes only.

It is fermented in steel tanks where it remains for about 6 months, and is then bottled and refined for a further short time.

The bouquet of Roero Livia Fontana is elegant and delicate, with hints of fresh fruit and aromatic herbs; fresh and savory on the palate, it goes well with simple dishes but with a good fatness. Try it with hot croutons with lard from colonnata and rosemary.
