Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Riserva 2018 "Tardivo ma non tardo" 75 cl Santa Barbara
"Late but not late" Santa Barbara is the sublimation of Verdicchio.
The grapes come from a single vineyard, facing north-west, which is fundamental given the increasingly warmer seasons.
The vinification takes place in steel tanks, where the wine then rests for 12 months on the fine lees and is subsequently transferred to the bottle where it rests for almost 2 years.
"Tardivo ma non tardo" Santa Barbara is a structured but very delicate Verdicchio di Jesi, with notes of almond, white pepper and tropical fruit that emerge from the glass; on the palate it is very fresh and with a great savory vein that gives tension and verticality.
