Sharis Livio Felluga is a blend of Chardonnay and Ribolla Gialla, obtained with a short cold maceration followed by fermentation in steel tanks. Before being bottled, it ages for a few months in contact with its lees.

The aromatic profile reflects the qualities of the vines, with notes of exotic fruit and intense aromatic herbs, as does the taste, with a great aromatic persistence and good structure.

Sharis Livio Felluga is a white wine that can accompany first courses such as risottos and fish-based dishes.
