The exhausted pomace used for the production of Barbaresco di Gaja is enhanced by producing a white grappa that maintains the typical elegance of the wines themselves.

The most delicate varietal notes are preserved thanks to distillation in state-of-the-art facilities. The grappa of Barbaresco Gaja thus releases citrus and floral notes and on the palate it is dry and delicate despite the alcohol content.
