We are located in Chiaramonte, in the province of Ragusa, home of Nero d'Avola; this grape gives rise to Rossojbleo, one of the most representative wines of the I Gulfi winery.

After a short maceration, the wine rests for a few months in steel and is then bottled.

Rossojbleo is an atypical Nero d'Avola where structure and concentration give way to freshness and lightness. The tannins are light and almost imperceptible, while the sapidity is clear that makes the sip pleasant.
