Barolo "La Tartufaia" 2021 75 cl Negri Giulia
Negri GiuliaGiulia Negri is a small and interesting winery located in the Piedmont region of Serradenari, La Morra area.
"La Tartufaia" is a small plot, a corner of paradise within the Serradenari cru. The name "La Tartufaia" was given to it because, in addition to giving life to an amazing Barolo, it is a place of worship for truffle hunters.
The Barolo DOCG "La Tartufaia" 2021 by Giulia Negri is a red wine produced from pure Nebbiolo coming from altitudes that reach 500 meters above sea level.
The grapes, harvested manually, will then be spontaneously fermented in truncated cone-shaped wooden vats. After 40 long days of maceration on the skins, the wine will rest for another 2 years in Austrian oak barrels.
In the glass, the Barolo wine "La Tartufaia" stands out for the great elegance with which it manages to combine marked tannins and acidity, in a delicate sip, almost as if they softened on contact with the palate.
A Barolo of great workmanship.
