From Montepulciano and Sangiovese grapes comes the rosé Sant'Isidoro di Maria Pia Castelli.
This rosé is produced with the bleeding method in order to have a delicate and very pleasant wine; the grapes are harvested in crates with very low yields per hectare. Refinement also contributes to its softness, which involves a short passage in barrique.
Sant'Isidoro Maria Pia Castelli is a fresh and pleasant rosé, where the fruity part dominates and also on the palate there are notes of grapefruit and cherry, which give lightness and invite you to drink.
Wine for soft palates, to be served chilled at a temperature of 8/10° and to be combined preferably with local cured meats, strong cheeses and oily fish.
