Sassafras Single blended rum is a limited edition produced in only 6000 bottles. It ages 3 years in ex Bourbon barrels and 11 years in ex Cognac barrels to be then bottled at full capacity. The nose opens with intense aromas of exotic fruit and honey, with more toasted and spicy notes given by the long passage in cask; on the palate it is warm and full-bodied, with a very long finish of almonds and caramel.
