Papalin is Luca Gargano's latest project which involves the assembly of different rums produced by various distilleries on a single island, Haiti in this case, and aged entirely in a tropical climate.

The refinement of Papalin rum Haiti Edition 2022 takes place in barrels of various kinds: ex Bourbon, ex Whisky, ex Caroni and ex Cognac; this allows to give the final product a unique aromatic richness, also emphasized by the aging which, although only 4 years, all takes place in a tropical climate and substantially increases the oxidative part.
