The 2002 Hearts Collection is part of the latest release of a collection selected from the best vintages of Appleton Estate, thanks to the collaboration of Luca Gargano and Joy Spence.

Aging took place entirely in a tropical climate for 20 years; the oxidative and sweet part is predominant but a fresh and citrus note remains.
