Cambridge STCE 2005, distilled and aged Jamaican rum in Trelawny in the historic Long Pond distillery, in Pot Still of the Double Retort type, and then left to age for 13 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica.

Rum selected by Velier, a guarantee of quality, of which 11 barrels have been produced for a total of 3,648 bottles, a real pearl.

Bewitching to the eye, with its golden reflections. The nose is full and enveloping, with a wild tone with its aromas of exotic fruit and floral hints. On the palate it is immediately warm and light-bodied, with a finish of fruity flavors and a pleasant bitter touch.
