"Pira" is the most important vineyard in Roagna, located in the municipality of Castiglione Falletto and has been the family monopole since 1989. The qualitative consistency found in the wines from this cru is incredible, certainly due to the perfect characteristics of the vineyard but also to the skilful hand of the Roagna.

From the oldest vines, which reach almost 100 years of age, this special selection is produced: Pira Vecchie Viti Roagna; the edition is very limited and the quality is amazing.

Barolo Pira Vecchie Viti Roagna is a deep and concentrated wine, the nose ranges from fresh notes of flowers and red fruit to more spicy notes, with incense and white pepper; the sip is tense and dynamic, with an infinite persistence.
