The Brandy "Diez Mil Botellas" Ximenez Spinola is a unique distillate of its kind, an atypical brandy for its softness and aromatic persistence; it is produced in Jerez, in southern Spain, in the homeland of Sherry.

The grape used is pedro ximenez and the peculiarity is that the wine is taken from the criaderas, more precisely from the second row of barrels starting from the bottom, the same pyramid of barrels from which "Solera 1948" is produced, a top product of Ximenez Spinola.

The distillate then refines a few months in large chestnut barrels, which enhance the aromatic notes without modifying them.
