Champagne Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs, made from Chardonnay grapes only, is one of the best expressions of the Perrier Jouet style. The grapes used come from two vineyards located in Cramant, in the Cote des Blancs and the refinement on its own yeasts lasts at least 8 years. The bouquet is majestic, with clear and delicate aromas of citrus and white flowers, with mineral and brackish notes. In the mouth it amazes for its creaminess and freshness, with a fine and elegant bubble and an infinite persistence.
