"Les Pensees" is Dhondt Grellet's flagship wine, a vintage blanc des blancs whose grapes come from premier cru vineyards in the heart of the Cote des Blancs.

11 years of aging on the lees and a very low dosage, 1 g / l, make this champagne a masterpiece.

On the nose it is the union between fresh and floral notes and hints given by the evolution of dried fruit and roasting, for a truly unusual combination. On the palate it is still very fresh, with a salty and almost brackish aftertaste fabulous.

With this box, containing 3 bottles of Les Pensees Dhondt Grellet, you have the opportunity to taste the same wine after a few years, in order to appreciate its enormous evolutionary potential; we recommend it!
