Belle Epoque is par excellence the symbolic wine of the historic Maison Perrier Jouet. An extraordinary Brut Millesimato champagne, rich, harmonious and endowed with incredible class.

Its blend is characterized by a floral dominant of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier.

After a malolactic fermentation, the refinement takes place on the lees for a period of six years, the time necessary to reach its full expressive evolution and border on perfection.

The Belle Epoque Perrier Jouet in the glass reveals its straw yellow color with a very fine perlage. The olfactory notes hover between delicate citrus fruits, sweet honeys and refined floral aromas. The taste is enveloping, full, and balanced with a strong and persistent perlage.
