Prestige by Jacques Defrance is a champagne produced in Riceys, a fantastic area in the heart of the Aube, in the south of Champagne.

It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, a blend of 3 vintages, 2011, 2012, 2013, and left to refine on the yeasts for approximately 7 years.

The power of Pinot Noir combines with the elegance and softness of Chardonnay. The Prestige Jacques Defrance is a very balanced champagne, with a truly incredible organoleptic complexity and a drink that remains fresh and pleasant despite an important structure.
