"Joyeuse" by Pinot-Chevauchet is a champagne produced in the Marne Valley with a splendid value for money.

Composed of Meunier with a small balance of Chardonnay, Joyeuse Pinot-Chevauchet is a wine that aims for freshness and pleasantness, ready to drink immediately but which guarantees great evolution in the coming years.

The aging on the lees lasts about 4 years and is then dosed at 5g/l.

On the nose we find both the iodized and fresh part and a more creamy and buttery part, which gives substance and roundness to the drink.
