The Drouet family is one of the most historic and important for the production of cognac; the vineyards are mostly located in Grande Champagne, the best cru for the production of this distillate.
La Reserve de Jean Drouet, dedicated to his grandfather, is an excellent cognac, produced in the traditional way with Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes. The bottling takes place with the assembly of different batches, aged between 7 and 15 years in oak barrels of different sizes.
Cognac Drouet La Reserve de Jean on the nose opens on delicate notes of spices and exotic fruit while on the palate it is incredibly elegant and refined, the high alcohol content is almost not perceived.
