Sarpa Poli white grappa is obtained from Merlot and Cabernet pomace, steam distilled in copper boilers in a continuous cycle. Perfect as a digestive after a meal or even to brighten up an evening with friends. The nose reveals the herbaceous and floral notes typical of the vines used, with hints of mint and hay. The taste is dry and decisive, with a good aromatic persistence that gives a slight softness.
