Syrah's Cabanon is a 100% Syrah red wine obtained from grapes from a single vineyard in Oltrepò Pavese.

After a long maceration, it ages in barrique for about a year before being bottled.

Very drinkable wine Syrah's Cabanon, ruby red in color with purple reflections, opens to the nose on very intense fruity tones, small ripe red fruits, with evolved hints of roasted coffee and sweet spices. On the palate it is soft, compact, with evident and velvety tannins and a very intriguing acid note and a nice freshness.

To be paired with mushroom-based first courses, red meats, roasts, game and naturally aged cheeses.
