Carbonaione Poggio Scalette is the wine conceived and desired by the oenologist Vittorio Fiore after long years of study and experience, which comes from a combination of extraordinary value: Sangiovese and the Ruffoli vineyards, in Greve in Chianti.

Carbonaione is a splendid pure Sangiovese, a wine of great power and elegance.

The Sangiovese vines used for this wine are very old, counting more than 80 years of age and the bunches that grow are few but of great quality, giving great richness both in aromatic and gustatory terms.

Refine 14 months in tonneaux and 6 months in bottle; it is a wine that expresses all the character of the terroir and focuses on elegance and finesse, with floral and red fruit notes that slowly emerge from the glass and a delicate and persistent sip that makes every sip extremely satisfying.
