The "Rosso della Casa Venegazzù" wine by Loredan Gasparini is a small piece of history, as it represents one of the very few examples of the Montello Doc, in the Treviso area, which involves the production of red wines with a Bordeaux blend.

In this case the blend contains Cabernet Sauvignon to which is added a small balance of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Malbec. The refinement lasts 18 months in large oak barrels.

Rosso della Casa Venegazzù Gasparini is a full and full-bodied wine, very harmonious thanks to the combination of the fruity and soft part of Merlot and Malbec and the more angular and tannic part of Cabernet. Try it with an onion frico.
