From the skilful blend made from Syrah, Cinisault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Tibouren grapes, harvested in the Côtes de Provence in Porquerolles, the Rosé of the French winery Domaine de L’Ile is born.
A fresh and fun rosé wine, which with its chrome plating recalls the summer sunsets on the seafront.
After the harvest, the grapes in the cellar undergo a gentle pressing and fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. To preserve the aromas and its elegant fragrance, it concludes its evolution in steel tanks before bottling.
The Rosè Domaine de l'Ile lights up with the sun's rays, releases aromas of peach blossom, citrus peel and raspberry, bringing hints of crunchy red berry fruit to the palate.
An elegant, mineral and delicate wine, which will leave a pleasantly balanced and harmonious finish on the palate.
Like the great rosés of Provence, with a light color and careful and not very extractive vinification, it is an ideal wine to be tasted during an aperitif, with seafood appetizers or first courses with shellfish.
