The Poulsard Arbois Pupillin by Pierre Overnoy, produced with Poulsard grapes, is one of the best expressions of this vine and cannot be missing in the cellar of true enthusiasts. Produced with a semi-carbonic maceration, it ferments spontaneously in steel and refines on its lees for a few months. An unforgettable wine, with a bouquet of small red fruits accompanied by balsamic notes, while on the palate it is slender and fresh, with just hinted tannins and great flavor.
