Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG Monte Lodoletta 2015 75 cl Dal Forno Romano
Dal FornoDal Forno Romano is an institution for viticulture not only in Valpolicella but throughout Italy; its wines are the object of desire of all the greatest collectors in the world.
Amarone della Valpolicella Dal Forno Romano is a very traditional wine, a blend of corvina, rondinella and molinara; the grapes are dried for 4 months in the loft and after vinification the refinement continues for 36 months in barrique and 2 years in the bottle.
It is an amazing wine, soft and silky but at the same time vertical, with a savory and fresh vein that supports the sip and stimulates the drink. Notes of chocolate, coffee and red fruit, cinnamon and incense emerge on the nose.
An incredible wine, nothing short of amazing, for meditation or suitable for important occasions.
