Barolo DOCG 2019 artist label 75 cl Bartolo Mascarello
MascarelloBarolo Bartolo Mascarello artist's label, one bottle per label available.
Bartolo Mascarello is the progenitor of the group of the most traditionalist Barolists, who have always rejected the use of barrique and, instead of vinifying the individual vineyards, have always preferred to assemble the grapes from the different vineyards, in this case all located in Barolo and La Morra , to produce a unique Barolo, with unique harmony and balance.
Since Maria Teresa, Bartolo Mascarello's daughter, took over the company, while maintaining faith in her father's production standards, her wines have acquired greater finesse and delicacy.
This Barolo is produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the Canubbi, San Lorenzo, Rué, Rocche vineyards and aged in large Slavonian barrels.
Barolo Bartolo Mascarello has a garnet red color. On the nose, notes of dried flowers, red fruits and spices are dominant. In the mouth it is impressive due to its notable structure, warm and enveloping, with tannins of extraordinary finesse and a finish of great persistence.
To pair with truffled red meats, braised meats, roast beef and mature hard cheeses.
