Belle Epoque is the symbolic wine of the historic Maison Perrier Jouet. An extraordinary Brut Vintage champagne, rich, harmonious and with an incredible class.

Its blend is characterized by a floral dominant of 50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier.

After malolactic fermentation, refinement takes place on the yeasts for a period of six years, the time necessary to reach its full expressive evolution and border on perfection.

The Belle Epoque Perrier Jouet reveals its straw yellow color in the glass with a very fine perlage. The olfactory notes hover between delicate citrus fruits, sweet honeys and refined floral aromas. The taste is enveloping, full, and balanced with a strong and persistent perlage.
