Gewurztraminer "Nussbaumer" 2021 75 cl Cantina Tramin

The Nussbaumer is one of the best Gewurztraminer produced in Italy.

The vineyards, aged between 10 and 40 years, are located in Termeno, at an altitude of 350-500 m, and the grapes are harvested in October, slightly overripe, and the vinification takes place in steel tanks together after a short maceration. Subsequently the wine refines first in the same tanks and then in the bottle, for a total of about 14 months.

The Gewurztraminer Nussbaumer Tramin on the nose is shocking, a continuous discovery of new aromas: licis, mango, peach and then rose hips, tiare, nutmeg, saffron, incense; it is really fun to list all the scents that can be recognized. The sip is explosive, very fresh and with a long savory finish, all the scents that can be recognized in the olfactory examination are found on the palate. A unique experience.
