"Janare Senete" La Guardiense is a pure Falanghina vinified only in steel and subjected to a cryomaceration that contributes to the extraction of the various compounds present in the skins, giving life to a wine that will amaze you with its aromatic and gustatory richness.

Not the classic Falanghina to drink as an aperitif but a white wine for the whole meal, perfect with a risotto based on asparagus, scallops and bottarga.
