Les Macherelles is one of the most beautiful 1er cru vineyards in the municipality of Chassagne and the version offered by Guy Amiot is one of the points of reference.

To make the Chassagne Montrachet Les Macherelles Amiot Guy wine, vinification and aging take place in full Burgundy style, with the use of first and second passage barriques, where the wine rests for almost 2 years.

The more clayey soil of the vineyard gives the wine greater power and structure, with aromas of ripe yellow fruit and spicy, toasted notes that give depth to the bouquet; the sip is large, structured and very persistent but there is no lack of great freshness and flavor which streamlines the drink and makes it more pleasant.
