Moscato Giallo is one of the most interesting native South Tyrolean vines, especially in a dry version like this one by Franz Haas.

The discrepancy between the nose, very aromatic, and the mouth, totally dry, offers a unique tasting experience and also makes it very versatile on the table. The vinification takes place entirely in steel tanks, to emphasize the aromatic potential of the wine, and before bottling it rests for a few months in contact with the yeasts.
