"Lepus" is a white wine from Pinot Blanc grapes produced by Franz Haas, a wine with splendid and immediate drinking.

It is vinified partly in steel and partly in barrique and before being bottled it rests for a few months in contact with its yeasts.

Lepus Franz Haas has typical aromas, with hints of peach and apricot with also spicy and iodine notes; the sip is light, delicate but with a unique freshness that cleans the palate and lets a nice flavor emerge on the finish. Always keep a bottle chilled.
