Iselis Argiolas is a Sardinian white wine produced with a white grape found only on the island, called Nasco.

The Nasco di Cagliari "Iselis" Argiolas is produced with vinification in steel tanks and follows a long refinement in contact with the noble lees for approximately 60 days. A small fraction of the must ferments and refines in small French oak barrels.

Iselis is a wine with a golden color and great aromatic intensity, with notes of white flowers and tropical fruit; the sip is very tasty, with a pleasant freshness that gives balance and harmony.

Perfect to pair with fish-based appetizers, potato culurgiones with mint, marinara risotto, artichoke risotto, stewed and grilled fish, white meats, medium-aged cheeses.
