Trebbiano di Valentini is certainly the greatest Italian white wine; it is an increasingly rare bottle and, given its longevity, perfect as an investment. It is produced in a totally natural way, without the use of any chemical product and is aged in oak barrels for 12 months. It amazes for the harmony between elegance and power, both in aromas and in taste. It begins to show its greatness a few years after bottling and will continue to evolve for at least the next 10 years.
