Les Cretes is a mountain Chardonnay, with a marked freshness and fine and delicate aromas, this wine will conquer you. It is vinified only in steel and undergoes a brief refinement of 3 months on its own yeasts. On the nose it conquers with notes of exotic fruit and hawthorn while on the palate it is fresh and savory, with a good persistence. Ideal as an aperitif, paired with cold cuts and cheeses, but it can also appear well alongside first courses.
