Passerina di Santa Barbara is a white wine that maintains the right balance between structure and acid nerve, fresh and savory, with a splendid drink.

The vineyards are exposed to the northwest and are positively affected by the fresh exposure in these increasingly hot years.

Vinified and briefly aged in steel tanks, it opens on the nose with citrus and white flower notes, with a very interesting minerality. On the palate it is delicate and undemanding, with a pleasant savory finish.
