The white wine "Vigna Kastelaz" by Elena Walch is a very thick Gewurztraminer, produced with grapes from the vineyard of the same name.

The fermentation is preceded by a cryomaceration of about 6 hours and followed by a long period of aging sur lie, in contact with its lees.

Gewurztraminer Vigna Kastelaz Elena Walch is an exceptional wine, which remains clearly marked by a very aromatic nose but goes well beyond the floral part, with many notes of sweet spice and tropical fruit; the mouth confirms this richness of aromas and flavours, with a very well-balanced acidity which hides both the alcohol content and the slight residual sugar.
