Petit Arvine is the most typical white grape variety of Val d'Aosta.

Anselmet offers a particular interpretation which combines a modern style with a very traditional wine and which sees vinification in oak barrels and refinement in the same barrels for a few months, with very frequent batonnage.

In this way the freshness and aroma of the vine is preserved and the Petit Arvine Anselmet is enriched with structure and aromatic complexity, with a creaminess that almost recalls great Chardonnay and a savory and mineral finish typical of the vine and the terroir.
