Anselmet's Chardonnay elevè en fut de chene is a white wine from the Aosta Valley with a clear Burgundy inspiration.

This wine is produced with Chardonnay grapes and undergoes both vinification and refinement in barrique, thus combining the typical Alpine freshness of the Val d'Aosta with the buttery and creamy aromas given by the French wood.

The balance of this wine is incredible, the Chardonnay élevé en fût de chêne Anselmet presents deep and complex aromas and a rich and enveloping sip, where acidity and flavor keep the drink alive, without being overwhelmed by the softness given by the use of wood.

To be tried with dishes rich in fat and flavour, if you want to stay local, accompany it with an Aosta Valley fondue.
