Sauvignon 2019 75 cl Movia
MoviaAleks Kristancic is the winemaker who gives life to all Movia wines, the most important biodynamic winery in Slovenia.
The Sauvignon vine has its origins in France. It only arrived in Slovenia after being also in Germany and Austria, where it was called Muscat Silvaner.
Sauvignon Movia is produced with grapes from fairly old vines, around 30 years old, which have always been cultivated with biodynamic agriculture; the harvest is slightly late and the vinification takes place in barrique, where it rests for about 20 months.
Movia is a Sauvignon rich in different scents, ranging from tropical fruit to dried fruit, with notes of roasting as well. On the palate it is fresh and almost salty, with a pleasant creaminess. To drink calmly, each glass will always be better.
