Movia's Pinot Grigio is a wine that breaks the mold and will captivate you from the very first sip.

The grapes come from fairly old vines, about 40 years of age, grown in biodynamics and the grapes are harvested late to concentrate aromas and sugars. The vinification takes place in barrique, where the wine then ages for about 18 months followed by another 4 in the bottle.

The bouquet is unusual, notes of almond and hazelnut mix with fresh hints of citrus and small red fruits; on the palate a vibrant acidity is clearly perceived that teases the palate, with a long savory and mineral finish.

Thanks to its complex character, it easily combines with different dishes: gnocchi with full-bodied sauces, egg-based foods, pasta with tomato and basil, grilled fish, eel.
