"Mare Antico" Decugnano dei Barbi is a white wine that well expresses the potential of the Orvieto terroir.

The grapes that make up the "Mare Antico" are selected from the best of 8 vineyards of the Grechetto and Vermentino varieties in the majority, with a small percentage of Chardonnay and Procanico.

All the varieties are vinified separately and a very small part undergoes a short passage in barrique.

Mare Antico Decugnano dei Barbi is a wine with great evolutionary potential and remarkable aromatic richness, with hints of white flowers, aromatic herbs, oriental spices and balsamic and iodized notes; soft and almost creamy on the palate, a long savory and almost brackish finish makes it very pleasant to drink.
