Jesera Venica is a Pinot Grigio from Friuli produced with a short maceration which gives the wine a slightly orange colour.

Maceration takes place in the total absence of oxygen, so as not to weigh down the wine with oxidative notes; the vinification and aging continues, partly in oak barrels and partly in steel tanks.

This Pinot Grigio Jesera di Venica is elegant on the nose, with notes of fruit and white flowers, aromatic herbs and spicy hints; on the palate it is vigorous, with a good alcohol content which increases the sensations of softness.
