The "Così Sia" is a Jermann experiment, a white wine produced without any added sulfur and without carrying out any treatment in the cellar.

Composed of Malvasia and Ribolla Gialla, after vinification it refines in oak barrels for about a year.

Given its fragility it is not a wine for aging but should be enjoyed in the first years, to appreciate its full freshness and flavor.

"Così Sia" Jermann is an explosion of white fruit and sweet spices, with notes also of incense and white pepper; the sip is light and delicate but still rich in nuances, with a pleasantly almond finish.
