Pecorello is an ancient Calabrian white grape variety, recovered by the Ceraudo family who, with Grisara, vinifies it in purity.

The vinification and refinement take place in steel tanks, so as not to contaminate the wine with external scents and preserve the typical characteristics of the vine.

Bianco Calabria IGT Grisara Ceraudo is a wine with low acidity but very pleasant, thanks to an important flavor that lengthens the sip; on the nose the citrus notes give way to hints of dried fruit and almond, with a slight oxidation that gives greater complexity.
