From one of the oldest vineyards of Domaine Huet, Le Mont, a Vouvray demi sec white wine is produced, i.e. with a residual sugar exceeding 17g/l; this sweetness gives the wine a wonderful softness and an exceptional balance, balanced by the very high acidity typical of the type of wine. The vinification takes place in oak barrels and the aging in steel tanks.
