Pouilly - Fumè 2021 75 cl Ladoucette
LadoucetteAlong the right bank of the Loire, the Barons de Ladoucette family owns the largest property in the entire appellation and the cellars are located in the Château de Nozet in Pouilly-sur-Loire.
This area has calcareous and siliceous soils, thanks to which the Sauvignon Blanc expresses itself at incredible levels of quality.
The soil is rich and clayey, characteristics that give the wine more structure and slower maturation; they can be safely stored for up to five years.
Puilly Fumè Ladoucette undergoes vinification in small thermoregulated steel barrels and refinement lasts several months, always in steel.
A wine that strikes the nose for the elegance and richness of its aromas, with citrus and mineral notes. On the palate it has great flavor and persistence, ideal to pair with shellfish and fish-based dishes.
