Timorasso is an indigenous Piedmontese vine from which probably the best Italian white wine is produced; combined with the expert hand of the Roagna family, the result can only be exceptional.

Timorasso Derthona Montemarzino Roagna is a wine designed to have enormous evolutionary potential, which changes considerably in aromas and flavors as the years pass.

Among the processes, the pre-fermentative oxidation of musts allows us to obtain very stable and expressive wines with aging. The cloudy must subsequently ferments and refines for 2 years in a wooden tank with a pied de cuve of indigenous yeasts.

When tasting we find constant mineral and hydrocarbon notes, then moving on to fruity and spicy aromas. The great flavor stands out in the mouth, for a large sip with infinite persistence.
