Pinot Grigio 2021 75 cl Movia

Movia's Pinot Grigio is a wine that will win you over from the first sip.

The grapes come from old vines of about 40 years of age, grown biodynamically. The grapes are harvested late to concentrate aromas and sugars. The vinification takes place in barriques, where the wine remains to refine for approximately 18 months followed by another 4 in the bottle.

The Movia Pinot Grigio has an unusual bouquet, notes of almond and hazelnut mix with very fresh hints of citrus and small red fruits; when tasted, a vibrant acidity is clearly perceived that teases the palate, with a long savory and mineral finish.

Thanks to its complex character it can easily be combined with various dishes: gnocchi with full-bodied sauces, egg-based foods, pasta with tomato and basil, grilled fish, eel.
